I spend most of my time designing Ravelry interfaces, and I love the super-cerebral work of trying to solve a UX problem. But it’s also so fun to take a break and work on a more traditional graphic design task—like, say, making a blog post header image that features a knitted frog on a Vespa :) As the only designer on the Ravelry team, I do all of the visual design for things like blog posts, merch, social graphics, and various images needed around the site. Below are some examples of things I’ve created over the years, almost all using the brand guidelines I designed in 2019 and 2020.
